Md. Kamruzzaman Mridha’s journey is a classic example of how research, vision, and determination can transform industries and communities. Born in 1981 in Faridpur, Bangladesh, he began his career in 2000 as an agricultural researcher. This foundation gave him firsthand knowledge of the challenges farmers faced—from declining soil fertility to limited access to modern practices.
Seeing these problems, he decided to act. Moving beyond research, Mridha entered organic fertilizer production, committed to offering farmers safer, eco-friendly alternatives. He founded Mridha Agri Care Ltd., which became a reliable supplier of quality organic inputs, supporting sustainable agriculture and improving yields without harming the environment.
His entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there. He expanded into agro-business, export-import trade, and social business projects that generated employment and empowered local communities. He also founded the Green Bangla Foundation to promote environmental awareness and sustainable development.
Over the years, Mridha has visited more than 45 countries, bringing back valuable knowledge and building partnerships that benefit Bangladesh’s agro sector. Today, he’s Managing Director of Dulles Global Investment and holds leadership roles in multiple organizations, showing that strategic thinking and social responsibility can go hand in hand.
His story is an inspiration to young Bangladeshis, proving that with education, hard work, and a vision for positive change, anyone can build success that benefits not just themselves, but their entire nation.
